Obtained a circuitry and tested it with the liquid crystal material to ensure repeatability result from the previous group. Further analysis of the circuit and the outputs were done to understand the design and the concept of Pyroelectricity

Tested the circuit using Barium Titanate material to verify the functionality of the circuit. In addition, characterization of the Barium Titanate were made to optimize circuit performance. 

Tested the circuit using PVDF material. A storage device was build but further testing is in progress. 

Material was characterized at Argonne National Lab. Structural differences were observed between different deposition methods on both nanoscale and the angstrom scale. Further analysis of GISAXS and GIWAXS data is still on going.

 

The creation of our printed circuit board was done using two software programs created by National Instruments- Multisim and Ultiboard. (ON Going)
